GoToolify is a free online file converter that provides browser-based tools for converting, compressing, merging, resizing, and optimizing PDF and image files. All file processing occurs locally in your browser using JavaScript. No files are uploaded to any server. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal and professional use.

You agree to use GoToolify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to process illegal, malicious, or copyrighted content without authorization.

Since all tools run client-side, certain functionality depends on your browser's capabilities. GoToolify requires a modern browser with JavaScript enabled. Older browsers may not support all features.

You understand and agree that you use the Service at your own discretion and risk. The output files produced by GoToolify tools should be verified for accuracy before being used for critical purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoToolify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, files, or digital content.
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits.
• Loss of privacy arising from the use of the Service (noting that our architecture prevents file access).
• Damages resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the output files.
• Damages arising from service interruption or unavailability.

In no event shall GoToolify's total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service — which is zero dollars ($0.00).

7. Intellectual Property

The GoToolify name, logo, website design, and all original code are the intellectual property of GoToolify. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent.

The tools and libraries used to power GoToolify's browser-based processing (including pdf-lib, jsPDF, and JSZip) are open-source libraries distributed under their respective licenses. Nothing in these terms restricts your rights under those open-source licenses.

Files you process using GoToolify remain your property. We claim no ownership or intellectual property rights over any files you choose to work with using our tools.

8. User Responsibilities

As a user of GoToolify, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that you have the legal right to process, modify, or convert any files you use with our tools.
• Maintaining backups of your original files before using any conversion or compression tools.
• Verifying the accuracy and suitability of output files for your intended use.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
